Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or a different product, please contact us immediately so we can return or exchange it.

The return period is within 10 days of receipt of the product.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 11 days of receipt.

If you have dropped or damaged the knife yourself, or purchased the wrong item, you will not be eligible for a refund.

To be accepted for return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive your merchandise, we will inspect it and let you know if your return has been approved.
